As a CIDB registered Grade 7 building and infrastructure construction service provider, our capabilities enable us to undertake the construction works required to develop a whole development scheme from the initial stage of site clearing up, to the completion of the building construction, and supporting infrastructure. Our current CIDB Grade 7 licence allows us to participate in tenders for works within categories of works for which we are licensed to carry out regardless of the contract value of such tenders and carry out works for successful tenders.
On top of that, we also provide design and build services where requested for by our customers. As a design and build contractor, we are in a position to provide our services from the conceptual planning, design and engineering stage through to the construction of the project based on our customer's expectations and needs. This is made possibly with an experienced team of civil engineers and quantity surveyors – all working together to implement the appropriate construction techniques, undertake construction cost planning and budgeting, conduct feasibility studies and cost monitoring that will ensure cost and resources are optimised.
