Quantity Surveyor (Full Time)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Tender and contract documents administration, prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting
- Prepare monthly progress claim, subcontractor's payment certification. VO evaluation and project final accounts
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Architecture, Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Quantity Surveyor - 1 year experience
- Senior Quantity Surveyor - 5 year's experience
- Able to multi-task and work independently

Construction Manager/Site Engineer (Full Time)
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project progress and daily construction activities.
- Attend site meeting, liaise with subcontractors, clients, consultants.
- Chair or organize Site Coordination Meeting if necessary.
- Assign and monitor duties of subordinates.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Preferred language: Chinese.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for Site Engineer position.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for Construction Manager position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Civil/Building construction projects.
- Fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply for Site Engineer position.

Supervisor (Full Time)
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall safety, health and environment activities in the organization
- Enforce supervision, discipline and work ethics for site personnel in safety, health and environmental matters
- Interact with local authorities and clients to ensure compliance with various codes and requirements
- Inspect site to ensure safe work practices are followed
- Conduct safety awareness training periodically on safety reports and records of individual sites
- Perform any other safety & health duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) from DOSH or NIOSH
- Good knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health Administration
- Good report preparation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- For safety & Health Officer - Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in related field and registered Safety & Health Officer with valid license from DOSH or NIOSH
